The hotel had some room issues like the smell of smoke and problems with the lights not working properly as shown. However, the check-out process was smooth, and the room size was decent. The service was a mix; some staff, like the dhaba-daily wages worker, were very nice and cooperative, but a few others seemed a bit arrogant and too busy. The location was bustling but could use some improvements, especially regarding noise levels and crowded spaces. The dining experience was average, with some nice aspects but issues controlling the crowds. The facilities were functional and met basic needs, though nothing extraordinary.

The hotel rooms were clean and well laid out, providing a cosy feeling with all the amenities in place. However, there was a slight cigarette smell in our room from smoking in the area, which was not ideal. The service was very attentive to our needs, especially when some of my family fell sick, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we required. The location was excellent, overlooking the sea and the sea link bridge, but it could get quite crowded at times. The dining experience was exceptional, with a mess and chaotic atmosphere but very limited options. The hotel facilities were top-notch.

Wow, my stay at the hotel was beyond amazing! The rooms were absolutely stunning, exceeding all my expectations with a living room, dining room, working room with a library, bedroom with a changing room, and even a jacuzzi. Plus, the 6 pm check-out was such a thoughtful touch, and the rooms were completely odour-free.

The hotel has its highs and lows. The rooms had an awful stench and even a spider web on the lamp, but the lounge was worth it overall.

The hotel offered large and delightfully done rooms with all comforts and amenities like a king-sized comfortable bed, choice of pillows, TV, AC, coffee maker, and free wifi. However, there was a slight smelly issue in the bathroom, and the woodwork was not very clean. The service was incredibly accommodating, with spacious and clean rooms. The location was good for exploring tourist destinations but slightly short-staffed. The dining experience offered a variety of delicious options, making it one of the best I have had in India. The facilities were modern and convenient.
